Colegio Americano’s library has a growing collection of books and reference materials in both the English and Spanish languages.  The collection is built to match assignments given in the various grades.

The Library is organized into the following sections:

• Easy books (picture books and easy fiction for Pre-school/Kindergarten to Grade 3).  These books are arranged alphabetically by author.
• Fiction books (novels and short stories).  The Library’s fiction collection is extensive, current, and reflects the increasing sophistication of readers up to Grade 12.  Here students will find enticing books for pleasure reading.  Fiction books are arranged alphabetically by author.
• Non-fiction books (books of fact).  Non-fiction books are sorted into several broad Dewey Decimal subject groups including a group for reference materials; and
• Audiovisual

The library is an inviting and comfortable environment in which to engage in research, work on assignments, and pursue personal interests.

Monday – Friday:  8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Closed on weekends and all school holidays
