With a faculty of 45 teachers, we are proud to have educators among us from around the world. Most teachers possess graduate degrees and represent all age groups and educational backgrounds. Our teachers lead by example and foster self-reliance, personal responsibility, and fundamental respect in each student. 

Our faculty is proud to teach at Colegio Americano de San Carlos. They dedicate their time and their expertise for the betterment of your children.  A large number of our teachers have international teaching experience.  Approximately 35% of our teachers are native English speakers, while 65% are native Spanish speakers. 

Throughout the year, the school provides a number of teacher-training opportunities to improve and develop teachers’ skills and capabilities. In 2010, Colegio Americano teachers participated in a 2-day pedagogy conference given by the famed Noemi Paymal, a French anthropologist and author of the book "Pedagogy 3000. A practical guide for teachers, parents and oneself".

The faculty is supported by strong, committed staff in administration, facilities, and the kitchen.  Together these groups provide a welcoming, well-run, clean and safe environment for students and employees alike.
